- We are seeking experienced and skilled Engineers for the role of Site Technical Manager/ Shift Technical Manager to join our team. the successful candidate would be responsible in overseeing the technical management of our operations while ensuring efficient and safe execution of tasks.\r\n\r\nRequirements:\r\nA. Minimum of 3- 5 Years of demonstrable experience in Technical and Workshop Administration including the supervision of Auto Engineers/Technicians \r\n- Strong Skills in process management, project management and people management.\r\n- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.\r\nB. Bachelor\'s degree or HND in any of the following or related field of study;\r\n- Mechanical Engineering\r\n- Physics Electronics \r\n- Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Installation & Maintenance Engineering\r\n- Applied Mechanical and Electrical Engineering\r\n- Mechatronics and other related Engineering degree.\r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\n- Manage and supervise technical operations on site \r\n- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations\r\n-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.\r\n- Collaborate with other department to achieve operational goals. ?
